Hey, I'm from the Hampton Roads area originally and my family still lives there. Hubby & I were in town for a funeral last Wed.-Fri. and got caught in the traffic from the james river tunnel both days. I hadn't been back down to the area since last. Aug. and assumed that the traffic had gotten THAT MUCH WORSE in less than a year! But I was wrong thankfully. Imagine 1 little pump causing all that mess!! Still, too many people, too many cars crammed into too little space in that area.
